গজারিয়া (মুন্সীগঞ্জ) ও মতলব উত্তর(চাঁদপুর) সংবাদদাতা:  মুন্সীগঞ্জের গজারিয়ায় মেঘনা নদীতে ট্রলারডুবির ঘটনায় নিখোঁজ দুই ব্যক্তির লাশ উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। রবিবার গজারিয়া উপজেলার কাজিপুরা ও চাঁদপুরের মতলব উত্তর উপ‌জেলার ষাটনল এলাকার মেঘনা নদী থেকে লাশ দুটি উদ্ধার করা হয়।

গজারিয়ায় উদ্ধার অভিযানে অংশ নেয়া ফায়ার সার্ভিসের কর্মকর্তা মামুন মিয়া বলেন, ‘এক ট্রলারচালকের মাধ্যমে জানতে পারি একটি লাশ নদীতে ভাসছে। তাৎক্ষণিক ফায়ার সার্ভিসের টিম নিয়ে মেঘনা নদীর কাজিপুরা এলাকা থেকে ভাসমান অবস্থায় লাশটি উদ্ধার করি। লাশটি দেখে মনে হচ্ছে ট্রলারডুবিতে নিখোঁজ শ্রমিকের।’

এদিকে মুন্সীগ‌ঞ্জের গজা‌রিয়ায় ট্রলারডুবির ঘটনায় নিখোঁজ এক শ্রমিকের লাশ মতলব উত্তর উপ‌জেলার ষাটনল লঞ্চঘাট সংলগ্ন এলাকা থে‌কে উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। র‌বিবার দুপুর ১২টার দি‌কে লাশটি উদ্ধার করা হয়। নদী‌তে লা‌শের সন্ধা‌নে মতলব উত্তর উপ‌জেলার (অ‌তি‌রিক্ত দা‌য়ি‌ত্বে) উপ‌জেলা নির্বাহী অ‌ফিসার শা‌হিদুল ইসলাম এর নেতৃ‌ত্বে উপ‌জেলা প্রশাসন, মতলব উত্তর থানার অ‌ফিসার ইনচার্জ ক‌বির হো‌সে‌নের নেতৃ‌ত্বে থানা পু‌লিশসহ কোস্টগার্ড, ফায়ার সা‌র্ভিসের সদস্যরা কাজ কর‌ছেন।
